Sessions

What to expect

Sessions begin with a brief consultation to understand how you’re feeling on the day and any areas you’d like to focus on, with a few minutes allowed beforehand to complete a consultation form.

Treatment is carried out using a combination of techniques, adapted throughout the session in response to your body, with pressure adjusted where needed based on your feedback.

There is time at the end to check in and, where appropriate, suggest simple ways to support the work between treatments.

Deep Tissue

A focused, results-driven treatment designed to reduce tension, relieve pain, and improve mobility.

It supports recovery while incorporating techniques such as assisted stretching and passive joint mobilisation, often suiting those who might otherwise consider sports massage.

While many people notice meaningful changes after a single session, the most consistent results are usually achieved through regular treatment. For many clients, this becomes an important part of maintaining mobility, supporting recovery, and sustaining an active, healthy lifestyle.

This is suitable if:
• You spend long hours at a desk and experience ongoing tightness in your neck, shoulders, or back
• You train regularly and feel restricted, tight, or prone to recurring issues
• You’re dealing with persistent pain or tension that isn’t improving on its own
• You’re looking for more than relaxation and want targeted, effective treatment

Pregnancy

Pregnancy massage is offered from the second trimester onwards, using gentle, appropriate techniques for this stage.

Sessions focus on relieving common areas of discomfort such as lower back tension, hip tightness, and fatigue, while ensuring comfort through supportive side-lying positioning throughout.

If you’re unsure whether treatment is suitable for you, you’re welcome to get in touch before booking.
