Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable.

Professional Conduct
I reserve the right to end a treatment at any time if inappropriate behaviour occurs. In such cases, the full session fee will apply.
