What to expect

Each session is tailored to the individual, focusing on areas of tension and restriction in order to support improved mobility and recovery. My work centres on deep tissue bodywork and often incorporates elements of Thai yoga massage and Tui Na, allowing different techniques to be integrated depending on what the body requires.

Sessions begin with a short conversation about how your body has been feeling and any areas you would like to focus on. The treatment is then adapted to your needs on the day.

For many clients, regular bodywork becomes an important part of maintaining mobility and managing these demands over time.

Pregnancy

I also offer pregnancy massage from the second trimester onwards, using gentle techniques appropriate for this stage.

Sessions focus on relieving common sources of discomfort such as lower back tension, hip tightness and fatigue, while ensuring comfort through supportive side-lying positioning throughout the treatment.

Session length

If you're unsure which session length to choose, 60 minutes is usually a good place to start.

60 minutes — £85
Ideal for addressing one or two specific areas of tension.

90 minutes — £120
Allows more time to work more thoroughly or address multiple areas.

120 minutes — £155
Suitable for more extensive work or when a slower, more comprehensive treatment is needed.
